For this job in Frisco, TX we focused on the trim surrounding a second-story window that had developed dark staining, organic growth, and discoloration over time. These stains aren’t just dirt; they’re caused by bacteria, algae, and mildew that feed on moisture and spread across exterior surfaces. Traditional pressure washing at that height and on delicate trim can risk damage, which is why we used our professional soft wash system instead.

We applied a carefully measured sodium hypochlorite–based soft wash solution, designed specifically to kill bacteria at the root, not just rinse it away. Unlike surface-level cleaning, this solution penetrates the organic growth, breaking it down and eliminating it safely and effectively.

After allowing the solution to dwell and do its work, we gently rinsed the area, revealing noticeably brighter, cleaner trim that looks refreshed and well-maintained.
